We've spoken with Brightpearl and the issue they had affected order(s) that were triggered to go to us upto 7.01am (BST) this morning, any after should be ok. Any that haven't come through that were triggered before 7:00am (BST) if you re-trigger them, they should now come through.

Brightpearl has identified an issue that they are trying to rectify this. This issue seems to be affecting the firing of webhooks and thus we are not receiving notifications from them about new shipments. As soon as we have more information we will, of course, update you.
