DHL Parcel UK have confirmed the incident is now resolved and you shouldn't have any issues when booking shipments in.
DHL Parcel UK have identified the issue and their IT team are working on resolving this as a top priority, as soon as we hear this is resolved we will let you know.
Some users are currently experiencing issues when trying to book in shipments with DHL Parcel UK. We have reported this issue to them and are awaiting their confirmation of the issue.
Whilst we're investigating this issue, any urgent shipments that you need to book in should be done directly through your DHL Parcel UK portal.
