The public Shiptheory REST API may be unavailable for short periods of time between 20:00 BST and 21:00 BST. The Shiptheory application and UI will work as normal, but if your integration uses the Shiptheory API to import/export orders, you may experience a delay.
This window will allow us to perform essential maintenance on the Shiptheory API. We will provide updates as we progress. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to support.
