We've put a fix in place to ensure Amazon Central orders once again come through to Shiptheory as needed. Orders that had been missed will also start to come through, so you shouldn't see any missing orders once the system has fully caught up.
Some users may be experiencing issues with their orders not coming through from Amazon Central into Shiptheory this morning. This is something we're aware of and are actively looking into. We'll provide an update as soon as we have some more information.
