Some customers may be finding shipments are showing up as failed. You'll need to hit retry next to these, in some situations, a couple of times for them to pull through. This is due to a networking issue outside of our network that we have engineers looking at. We will update you when this is resolved, hopefully in the next couple of hours. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
