The issue has now been identified with Brightpearl shipments. If you hit save in your Brightpearl settings within Shiptheory and then retry an order, you should see the connection working as needed! Please let us know if you have any issues from there.
We're aware of an issue that some customers are having when trying to connect to Brightpearl through Shiptheory, that's causing failed connection errors and failing orders. We're actively working on this and we'll let you know as soon as we have an update from there.
