DHL Parcel UK orders now are able to book in once again. New orders should book in fine and failed orders should book in after a retry. Of course, if you do still see this issue after that, please do let us know.
We've seen reports of multiple customers having order failures this morning and receiving a 500 error from DHL Parcel UK when trying to book in. We're in contact with DHL to get this resolved and we'll update here as soon as we receive some more information from them.
