We have deployed a fix to resolve double bookings. If any shipments booked after 4pm are affected, please contact support.
At present we'd recommend those who bulk ship from the "Waiting" status in Shiptheory to ship their orders one at a time at present to avoid duplicate bookings. The actual issue is being actively worked on by our development team and as such we'll provide updates as soon as we have them.
