We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Our developers have put a fix in place to resolve the printing problems some users are experiencing. Automatic and manual printing should now print out the labels as expected. We're closely monitoring the situation at present.
Some users may be seeing their labels not printing out and having an error pop up when trying to print. This is something we're aware of and are actively working to get resolved as soon as possible. As soon as we have a further update we'll provide it right away.
