DHL Express/DHL Parcel UK "System Unavailable/500 Error"
DHL have now fully resolved the incident and we're not seeing any further issues. Thank you for your patience.
We have had confirmation from DHL that services have been restored. We are still actively monitoring although it now appears orders are booking successfully.
We are currently aware of an issue with DHL Express and DHL Parcel UK where users may experience either a "System Unavailable" or "500 Timeout" which is being returned when attempting to book consignments. We have currently reached out to DHL and waiting to hear back from their technical teams regarding an update.
