DHL shipments now look to be booking is as required, any failed orders with the 500 error should now book in after trying them again. Of course, if you continue to have issues, please let us know.
DHL have confirmed that they're currently experiencing issues on their end which may lead to order failures showing in Shiptheory. We're in contact with DHL and will let you know as soon as they provide us another update.
