Our developers have now resolved the issue customers were seeing with Shopify. New orders will come through as expected, and any failed orders will book in successfully after hitting "retry". Apologies for the inconvenience here; if you require any further assistance, please do contact Support.
We've received reports this morning of some customers receiving an error on their Shopify orders when they import to Shiptheory with an SSL error. This is something we're actively investigating currently and as soon as we have an update from there, we'll let you know.
