Customers who have reported the issue with DHL should now see orders booking in as needed after a retry. If you do have issues persisting from there, please contact Support.
We've received reports of some users having all of their DHL Parcel UK shipments fail when trying to book in through Shiptheory. Currently the errors are being received from DHL and as such we're waiting to hear back from them with some more information on a resolution. As soon as we get an update, we'll let you know.
