Shopify: Migration to New App

FAO All Shopify Users - ACTION REQUIRED: Shopify have informed us that as of January 1st 2023, support for the original Shiptheory/Shopify app will cease. Customers who are currently using the original Shopify integration with Shiptheory will need to make sure you switch over to the new "Shopify Stores" integration with Shiptheory before that time. You can verify whether you've already moved over by the name of your Shopify connection. If it says "Shopify" you'll need to move over, but if it says "Shopify Stores" then you've already moved over. If you're at all unsure, please reach out to us.
To do this, you'll want to follow this guide to add a new version of Shopify to your account: Migrating to the new Shopify Stores app
Once connected, you can remove the old version, and your usage will continue as normal. Please Contact Support for assistance with this.
