Shipment UI- Weight Differential Issues
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We've had reports of some users seeing their weights are displaying incorrectly when viewing shipments in the Shiptheory dashboard. Our developers have put a fix live to resolve this now, and to see this take effect, you'll just need to log out and back into Shiptheory on your browser.
