We've had multiple reports of orders now coming through to Shiptheory from Brightpearl as needed once again. New orders should come through without issue, but orders that had initially failed to send to Shiptheory will be able to come through if you change the Goods Out Note status to something else, and then back to your trigger status.

We are currently aware of an issue with Brightpearl where Goods out Notes are not currently being downloading into Shiptheory. We are currently in communication with Brightpearl to identify the cause. As soon as we have an update we will provide this to those who are affected.
