The issue now looks to be resolved, if you're still seeing issues, please try and save your Brightpearl connection in your settings and see how new orders look from there.
This issue is now being looked at by Brightpearl as we've identified the problem. As soon as we have an update from Brightpearl on this we'll let you know.
We're aware of an issue with the Brightpearl integration this morning where users may see orders showing errors or not coming through to Shiptheory. Our development team are actively working to resolve this and we'll provide an update as soon as possible.
