This now looks to be all resolved after Evri's fix and as such you shouldn't have any problems printing Evri labels. If you do have any issues from there, please let us know.
Evri have confirmed that they've resolved the issue on their end and customers should now see their labels printing as expected. We're continuing to monitor the situation on our end. Of course, if you have any questions or issues from there, please let us know!
Some customers may notice that you will receive a print error when attempting to print an Evri Corporate (formally Hermes) or Evri Business (formally myHermes) label. We are in contact with Evri as the issue appears to be with their API. We are in contact with their technical teams and will provide updates once available.
