DHL Parcel UK orders now look to be booking in as needed for customers. Any new orders should book in without issue and any previously failed should work after a retry. If you have further issues there, just let us know.
Some users this morning may be seeing their DHL Parcel UK orders failing with a 500 error message. This error looks to be coming from DHL and as such we've reached out to them to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible. As soon as we have an update, we'll let you know.
