We've made a change to ensure orders now pull through successfully from Shopify. Any failed orders can be retried to have the needed data pull through. If you're still seeing issues following this, please let us know.

Some Shopify users have reported they are unable to process shipments. Error fetching order: message - Query not supported We are currently looking into the issue and will update this banner shortly.
