BigCommerce have confirmed that they are processing the backlog of webhooks that have caused shipments to not appear in your Shiptheory account. You can see all of BigCommerces updates on this situation here - https://status.bigcommerce.com/
BigCommerce have confirmed they are experiencing an API outage, they are investigating this as a priority and we will let you know as soon as we hear of a resolution. For now we recommend either creating your shipments manually through Shiptheory or your couriers platforms.
