We have now identified and resolved the earlier issue causing Royal Mail delivery confirmation numbers to be returned to sales channels in place of tracking numbers for tracked services.
This resolution only fixes orders shipped after the fix was deployed. Orders that have already had the delivery confirmation number added in your sales channels will not be updated to include the tracking number.
