We've now resolved the incident. Shipment download has now returned to normal speed and all backlogged shipments have now downloaded.
Barcode scanning is also now available again.

While we continue to investigate the delayed shipment issue, the barcode scanning page in-app will be unavailable for some users. Labels can be printed manually from the shipments dashboard meanwhile.
We are investigating an issue causing shipments to download slower than normal, delaying label printing.
