Ebay have resolved this issue. Thanks for your patience.
Ebay have confirmed they have resolved the issue. Please contact support if you have any further issues.
We’ve confirmed that a recent change on eBay’s side is causing this issue, and our development team are actively working on a fix. We’re really sorry for any disruption this may be causing and appreciate your patience while we investigate.
In the meantime, our team has identified a temporary workaround. The issue is linked to the trigger status, so if you’re able to, you can update the trigger event in Shiptheory to “Order Marked as Shipped” by going to channels→Your eBay integration, then mark the relevant orders in eBay as Shipped/Dispatched. This should allow Shiptheory to successfully download these orders once they've been marked as Shipped/Dispatched in Ebay.
If you aren't able to change your workflow in this way, you can send a list of your Shipment ID's to support@shiptheory.com, and we can manually bring those over.
We've confirmed there was a change in how Ebay provides data to Shiptheory. We are working to resolve this as our top priority.
Some users have reported that from 1am, some Ebay orders have not pulled through. We are investigating this issue as a priority and will provide updates here.
