Parcelforce Services Unable to Book
We've confirmed the issue with Royal Mail who are addressing it as a priority.
Some users have reported an issue trying to book Parcelforce services, getting the error:
"Service [X] is not setup with a valid contract number on your Royal Mail account"
We are aware of the issue and have reached out to Royal Mail to resolve this issue. We will update you as we know more.
