We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience. Labels produced over the weekend should be checked as some may have not printed and may need retrying.

We've now re-enabled processing of new labels. We've identified and rectified the the issue stopping some new labels printing for some. Any labels you not printed that you were expecting, you may need to retry/rebook/reprint. If you're not sure, please reach out to support.

We've temporarily paused processing new labels. This should only be for a short time whilst we rectify the issue stopping labels printing for some users.
