Our team have put a fix live to resolve the errors that users were reporting when using the site and booking with the API. Over the next 30 minutes you may still see errors showing up, but past that point you should return to normal functionality. If you have any further issues past that point, just let us know.
Our developers are investigating an issue where users are seeing errors when navigating the Shiptheory site and trying to book in with the API. It's being worked on with the highest priority and as soon as we have an update from there, we'll let you know.
