During this window, incoming shipments are likely to take longer than normal to download into your Shiptheory account. Additionally, response times when using the Shiptheory website and API will be increased, making for a slower experience than you are accustomed to.
We will do everything we can to reduce disruption during this window. The maintenance taking place is to ensure Shiptheory continues to perform optimally under the increased shipping volume our customers are experiencing.
