We have identified and resolved a connectivity issue that resulted in shipments downloading up to 30 minutes slower than normal.
Within the next 10 minutes, all shipments should have downloaded into your account. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out to support.
We are currently investigating reports that shipments are taking longer than normal to download into Shiptheory.
