Royal Mail has informed us all OBA functionality has been resumed.
You may book any un-booked Parcelforce/RM labels if you were waiting on the work to be completed. All shipments booked during this period were unaffected.
Royal Mail has requested that all customers print their manifest as soon as possible; you'll also be able to manifest later today with no issues.
Some users have reported being unable to book Parcelforce services via the Royal Mail OBA integration. Royal Mail services are unaffected. We have reached out to Royal Mail regarding a connection issue and will update this banner.
