Infrastructure Upgrade: Shiptheory will be unavailable

To ensure the Shiptheory application and network keeps up with the increasing volume we are seeing from our retailers in recent months, essential upgrades will be undertaken on Wednesday the 1st of July to bolster our infrastructure.
During the maintenance window, the Shiptheory website and API will be unavailable. Any shipments you send to Shiptheory from your e-commerce channels will be held in a queue and released once the upgrade is complete. Any direct API requests you make during this time will be rejected, and as such, you should make arrangements to have these requests held or retried after the maintenance is complete.
The maintenance window will begin at 21:00 BST on Wednesday the 1st of July and is expected to be complete by 04:00 BST, Thursday the 2nd of July.
We will do everything we can to reduce this window and minimise any interruption. Please follow this status page for updates.
