Maintenance and upgrade works are planned to the Shiptheory platform between Tuesday 22nd of August from 21:00 BST and 01:00 BST on Wednesday the 23rd of August. These upgrades are in response to recent performance issues some users may have experienced and will provide greater performance and stability to the Shiptheory platform as we continue to grow.
During this time, orders sent from your sales channels will be delayed. You will also be unable to login to the application for short times during this window and shipments created via our API will be blocked and should be retried until successful.
