DHL Parcel UK have confirmed that they have resolved the issue causing customers issues when attempting to book in, you can now begin booking in shipments again and retrying any previously failed DHL Parcel UK shipments. If you have any issues doing this please let us know.

DHL Parcel UK have identified an issue on their end regarding DHL Parcel UK shipments not booking in, they are investigating this as a priority. As soon as it is resolved or we have an update regarding this we will let you know.
