We have now deployed a fix for the processing shipments and orders will download as normal. If you are continuing to encounter any problems please notify our support team
We have identified the cause of the issue. We are currently rolling out a fix for the problem, you may notice that orders are taking longer to come into Shiptheory however this is expected.
Some users may notice that some shipments are stuck within the 'processing' status. We are currently investigating the cause and will update affected customers once we have more information available.
