We've now resolved the issue with Shopify orders not pulling into Shiptheory, your orders should automatically pull through, if you have any orders that are missing please contact support. Thanks for your patience.
Some customers have reported that orders are not pulling through from Shopify into Shiptheory. We have identified the issue and are working towards a fix. As a temporary work around, customers can change their Shopify settings in Shiptheory to fulfillment, and bulk "mark as fulfilled" in Shopify.
