We have resolved the issue. Please go to your Etsy account, navigate to the integration section, and click "refresh." Your store should now be updated.
You'll also need to do the same for the shipping methods, which can be found in the advanced settings. If your orders from earlier today are still missing, please change the trigger status in Shiptheory to match the current status on Etsy. After doing this, you can revert it back to the original status.
If the orders still do not appear after following these steps, please let us know, and we will explore alternative ways to retrieve them.
