Shiptheory Print Client Connectivity Issues
We've now resolved the issue preventing users to login to the Shiptheory Printing Client, you should now be able to login with no error preventing you from doing so.
Some users are currently experiencing issues when trying to login to the Shiptheory print client, we are aware of the issue and investigating it as a top priority.
As a temporary workaround you can login to your Shiptheory account and download your labels via PDF
