Brightpearl have confirmed that the issue is now resolved, we are continuing to monitor and any failed orders should be retried in order to download them into your Shiptheory account
Brightpearl are aware that at present their system is taking longer than usual to send orders to Shiptheory. They're working to resolve this and as such will provide us an update as soon as one becomes available.
Some users may see that Brightpearl orders are failing with an "Unable to Connect" error message. We are currently working with Brightpearl at present to determine the cause.
