DHL have confirmed that they're aware of this issue and are working to resolve. As soon as we have an update from them again, we'll let you know right away.

DHL Parcel UK users this morning may be seeing all their orders failing with a 500 error in Shiptheory. This is something being returned from DHL and as such, we're waiting on them to provide a resolution on this. We'll continue to chase and we'll provide an update as soon as we receive one.
