DHL have confirmed the issue is now resolved. All orders should now book in successfully. Please contact support if you are still having trouble booking orders in.
DHL have confirmed that they are having an issue with their system today. They are currently investigating the cause of the downtime.
Some users on DHL Parcel UK (Legacy) are seeing their orders fail when trying to book in this morning. We're investigating at present and have reached out to DHL to ensure this is resolved as soon as possible. As soon as we have an update on this, we'll let you know.
