We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The data center recovered from their earlier hardware failure and access to Shiptheory has been restored. We are continuing to monitor the situation. If you have delayed triggering your shipments, you can now proceed.

Our data center has identified an outage in one of their locations that is directly impacting access to Shiptheory.com. The data center are continuing to work on a resolution. We will provide a further update as we hear more.
During this time, we recommend that you delay triggering your shipments into Shiptheory.
