For any affected failed orders within Shiptheory you will need to retry these orders in order for them to download successfully. We are still monitoring the situation however if you are still facing issues with orders failing to download please contact our support team
Currently our team are aware of Brightpearl Goods Out Notes not downloading into Shiptheory and instead showing as Failed/Not available. Our team are currently investigating where the fault lies and will provide updates when available.
