DHL have now confirmed that the blank labels issue has been resolved on their end. Orders that are reprinted or rebooked should now be printable as needed. If you have any issues from there, please let us know.
DHL Parcel UK have confirmed that the blank labels issue is something on their end that they're working on. We'll provide another update as soon as we have one from them.
We've received reports of customers receiving blank labels back from DHL Parcel UK this morning. We've reached out to DHL to get the issue resolved, and as soon as we have an update back from them there, we'll pass that along.
