Shopify issue: Unable to process shipments
Shopify is currently not operational - We have reached out to their support to make them aware - https://downdetector.co.uk/status/shopify/
The current workaround - changing your Shopify settings in Shiptheory to Fulfilments instead of Fulfilment Orders and fulfilling the items in Shopify – https://support.shiptheory.com/en/support/solutions/articles/24000076222-should-shiptheory-download-shopify-fulfillments-or-fulfillment-orders-
Some Shopify users have reported they are unable to process shipments. Error fetching order: message - Query not supported We are currently looking into the issue and will update this banner shortly.
