Shiptheory will be unavailable between 20:45 BST and 23:00 BST on Wednesday the 3rd of August while essential infrastructure upgrades are carried out. These upgrades will provide greater performance and stability to the Shiptheory platform as we continue to grow and work to further future-proof the application.

During this time, orders sent from your sales channels will be delayed.

You will be unable to login to the Shiptheory application during this time.

If you are using the public Shiptheory API, or you are using a sales channel that built a custom integration into Shiptheory via our public API, any API requests made during this window are likely to fail and may need to be re-triggered. Please contact your developer if you are unsure how your custom API integration works.
