FedEx are continuing to investigate the issue that is affecting the ability for some users to produce shipping labels. As soon as we have an update from FedEx on this we will let you know.

FedEx have confirmed they are having an issue that is affecting the ability to produce shipping labels. They are investigating and we will update you once we hear more from them. If you are seeing error 1000 (General Failure) on your shipments, this would be why.
