Current Slow down
The backlog of integrated labels has now been cleared.
All systems have returned to normal.
The Shiptheory website is back at full speed.
There is a backlog of integrated labels queued to be printed, specifically for Brightpearl users. This backlog is currently being processed. Further updates will follow shortly.
The problem is affecting anybody who uses Brightpearl Embedded labels. We also are suffering general slowness inside of the Shiptheory site. We should have an update shortly regarding a resolution.
