Shiptheory inbound queues should now be back to normal speed. We have a backlog of auto print jobs which will take time to clear, this is due to our ongoing print speed issue. However, everything else should be back to normal.
We've resumed our queue, however Shiptheory will still remain slow whilst we are clearing our backlogs. ETA 2 hours.
We've had to pause our incoming queue for 30 minutes whilst Shiptheory catches up with the backlog of requests. We will update you shortly.
The slow performance is continuing whilst we churn through our backlogged queue. The current delay is estimated at just over an hour. More on this and our plans to solve it can be found here : http://shiptheory.com/blog/shiptheorys-peak-performance-issues
We currently working through our backlog of queued shipments. You may experience delays of 20-30 minutes at present of Shipments to be processed by Shiptheory and possibly longer delays if you're using our automatic print feature. We're aware how crippling this is. We've put a little blog piece up here with some more information and our plan to combat this here : http://shiptheory.com/blog/shiptheorys-peak-performance-issues/
Sorry, as per some previous Monday's we're suffering a slow down again. This should be the last Monday this is an issue, as we should have a patch to fix this ready before next Monday.
