The maintenance is now complete. Thanks for your patience.
Over the next couple of days, if you use Amazon as a carrier (Amazon Prime) or a channel (Amazon) through Shiptheory, you'll want to make sure that you move your integration over to the new version in Shiptheory.
If you use Amazon as a channel, you'll want to connect "Amazon Connect" as a channel, and once working, disconnect the old Amazon integration.
If you use Amazon as a carrier, you'll want to connect "Amazon Shipping" as a carrier, and once working, disconnect the old Amazon Prime integration.
With both of these moves, it's important to check your rules, automatic printing, integrated labels and any other automations in your account that may point at the old Amazon integrations, and ensure that they are set up for the new integrations instead. If you have any issues or questions during this process, please contact support at support@shiptheory.com or 01174034313.
This will need to be complete by Friday 29th of July.
