We've confirmed with the datacentre that this network issue is now resolved, customers should see orders coming through to Shiptheory again as usual. Please let us know if you have any other issues from there.

Some customers may be experiencing issues where orders are taking longer than normal to send into the Shiptheory system. This is currently due to a network routing issue, this is being looked into by the datacentre engineer for the network. As soon as we have an update from them, we'll update you right away.
